 Orycon is a Safe Space

Friends of Orycon,
We know this year has been a trying time for a lot of people. Many things, good and bad, have happened, and some have ripped the fabrics of our beliefs down to their simplest form.

As we move forward, please know that Orycon will continue to strive to provide events and places that are open, respectful, and welcoming to every person.

Our goal, is to educate all of our old friends and newcomers and provide a safe and inclusive environment where none feel isolated or alone. We take pride in being unique and want to share this with everyone. As we look into the future, please respect and support those around you, including those you do not know.

In closing we leave you with this thought:
“If man is to survive, he will have learned to take a delight in the essential differences between men and between cultures. He will learn that differences in ideas and attitudes are a delight, part of life's exciting variety, not something to fear.” - Gene Roddenberry
